Groovin'

During a break in the Marriage Conference Amber and I are attending we stopped at the every familiar stop light on Broad Street next to KFC. To our right was a late 50 to 60 year old black woman groovin' to some reggae music, windows down, without a care in the world. How great is that! Despite gender and age differences most people can turn up the tunes and groove in such a way that inspires the motorists around you to roll down your windows amp up and enjoy a cool, sunny day.

The Subservient Chicken and His Fearless Friend

Kids in costumes--What could be cuter? Yes, these costumes are more for us than them. Our guys are still young enough that they can easily be persuaded to put down that Spiderman outfit and walk the streets of St. Elmo dressed as a big chicken and a fuzzy lion.
